Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a chef-driven five-course dining experience, where each course is paired with a handcrafted cocktail designed to elevate every bite. This intimate evening showcases the culinary artistry of Pi Indy alongside the spirit-forward creativity of Four Finger Distillery.

 

The night begins with bold, shareable starters, including a blue corn tortilla taco filled with crispy chicharrón and braised beef, layered with guacamole, cilantro, onion, and lime. This is followed by a bright heirloom tomato salad featuring frisée, goat cheese, basil vinaigrette, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, black pepper, and salt.

For the main courses, guests will enjoy two thoughtfully composed dishes: perfectly seared salmon served with a squash and eggplant relish, followed by vodka drunken shrimp paired with creamy mushroom risotto and fresh peas.

Dessert brings the evening to a close with a light and indulgent lemon and blueberry tiramisu.
