Ever dreamt of crafting your own signature whiskey? Now's your chance! Four Finger Distillery offers a one-of-a-kind experience where you and up to 6 friends can create a 15-gallon barrel of whiskey that’s uniquely yours.
What’s Included:
Consultation with Head Distiller Brad Colver: Start your adventure with a 1-2 hour consultation where you'll sample various whiskeys and work with Brad to develop your perfect grain bill (your whiskey recipe).
Hands-On Production: After finalizing your grain bill, we’ll order your ingredients and schedule mash and distillation days. You and your crew can join us to participate in the production process.
Barrel & Bottles: Once your whiskey is distilled, you’ll receive 30 1.75L bottles of new make whiskey and a hydrated 15-gallon charred barrel ready for aging. With detailed instructions, you’ll be able to fill and age the barrel at home to your personal preference.
Aged Whiskey Perfection: After 18 months of aging, expect around 60 bottles of rich, barrel-proof whiskey that’s completely your own.
